Welcome to The Market Harborough Methodist Circuit
The Market Harborough Methodist Circuit is a circuit of four churches in the Northampton District of The Methodist Church (23/20). It is in the south-west of Leicestershire and partly in Northamptonshire. There is one appointed Minister and a Youth lay Worker plus a retired (supernumerary) minister. The Circuit membership is 215.
Gartree Prison lies in the circuit and our Minister also serves as a chaplain there. Several Lay folk also help there in various capacities. The full-time co-ordinating chaplain is currently a Methodist Minister.
